Separate identity from attendance and wages

An owner-confirmed link connects a stable Hub account to a stable Jibble person ID. It does not confirm attendance, payable hours, wage rates, employment dates or payroll. Clock coverage can remain unknown after identity is confirmed.

The audit records the shared owner credential, not an individually identified human. Every change keeps its prior audit history.

Current saved links

Revocation retains the earlier valid interval. Invalidation declares the relationship wrong for all dates in recomputed reports. Neither action deletes the audit history or restores exact-name fallback.

Make a deliberate identity decision

No pair is preselected and no relationship is inferred from similar names. For create, replace or reconfirm, fetch the current Jibble roster and check the full names and stable IDs yourself.

Identity decision awaiting resolution

Closing a page or timing out does not cancel a save. An unresolved decision keeps its exact original request and retry key. Do not create a replacement in another tab.
