These natural variations are not considered defects.

Unless a product listing specifically states that the exact item pictured will be received, photographs may be representative of the type of item being sold.

Your order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been authorized and the order has been processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• shipping carriers
• weather
• customs processing
• transportation disruptions
• incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses
• natural disasters
• governmental actions
• events outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

No specific outcome, prediction, result, healing response, or personal experience is guaranteed.

Customers remain responsible for their own choices, actions, and decisions.

Information provided during a reading, healing session, consultation, or spiritual service is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

Appointment cancellation rules are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and booking terms.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund
• cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment may forfeit the appointment payment
• no-shows may forfeit the appointment payment
• services that have already been performed or substantially begun are generally non-refundable

SECTION 8 — CRYSTALS, METAPHYSICAL AND WELLNESS PRODUCTS

Descriptions of crystals, gemstones, herbs, oils, incense, spiritual tools, symbolic items, energetic practices, metaphysical traditions, folklore, or spiritual properties are provided for informational, traditional, historical, spiritual, or cultural purposes.

Such descriptions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Products sold by Namaste Bookshop are not substitutes for appropriate professional medical care, mental-health care, or other licensed professional services.

Namaste Bookshop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Namaste Bookshop.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products or services offered by Namaste Bookshop and is not responsible for the underlying transaction between you and Namaste Bookshop.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages, or liabilities arising from products or services purchased directly from Namaste Bookshop.
