UPGRADE PATH

Free student → paid training only when the next problem is real.

Stage 1 solves:
“I don’t know how to start reading.”
Stage 2 solves:
“I can read a little, but I don’t know the full deck deeply enough.”
Stage 3 solves:
“I can read for myself, but reading for another person is different.”
Stage 4 solves:
“I can read for others, but I need professional standards and evaluation.”

The free course should never be artificially weakened just to force an upgrade. Paid stages should earn their price by solving a genuinely deeper skill problem.

GRADUATE PATH

Student → Starter Graduate → Foundations Graduate → Practice Reader → Evaluated Reader → Approved Namaste Reader → Listed Reader

Course completion and marketplace approval are separate systems. Finishing a class can make someone eligible for the next training or an evaluation; it never automatically creates a Namaste reader listing.

Student
Learning and practicing.
Graduate
Meets course completion standards.
Practice Reader
Builds documented reading experience.
Evaluated Reader
Completes a separate readiness review.
Approved Namaste Reader
Meets future Namaste quality and conduct standards.
Listed Reader
May become eligible for future scheduling/live-reading opportunities.
FUTURE NAMASTE READER EVALUATION

Evaluate reading quality—not claims of supernatural certainty.

Symbolic reasoning
Can the reader explain how card imagery, position, and context support the interpretation?
Coherence
Can multiple cards become one understandable message?
Communication
Is the reading clear, paced well, and responsive to the client?
Agency & boundaries
Does the reader avoid coercive certainty, diagnosis, and inappropriate third-party claims?
Professional conduct
Reliability, privacy, punctuality, respectful communication, and appropriate referrals.
Platform readiness
Can the reader deliver a structured in-person or video session within agreed time and marketplace rules?
LIVE-READER PLATFORM CONNECTION

Training can feed the marketplace—but only after separate approval.

Future qualified graduates could be invited to apply for Namaste reader evaluation. An approved reader could then become eligible for in-store scheduling, private video readings, or live-reader marketplace listings subject to whatever operational, payout, identity, availability, and conduct rules are active at that time.

Locked rule: certificate ≠ approval; approval ≠ guaranteed listing; listing ≠ guaranteed work or income.

BUILD ORDER

Do not write every paid lesson yet.

  1. Polish and observe Stage 1 student behavior.
  2. Use real completion/drop-off questions to refine the Stage 2 outline.
  3. Build Stage 2 curriculum, workbook, assessments, and checkout as one product.
  4. Validate demand and outcomes before building Stage 3.
  5. Build Stage 4 only when there is a real evaluation/reader-opportunity system to connect it to.
Current Starting Point

Stage 1 is the only course you need to start today.

The future ladder is now defined. The next job is not to inflate it with unfinished courses—it is to make sure students actually use and complete the live beginner foundation.
