Admin Wallet Adjustment
Use this for testing, service recovery, or a manual credit correction. Every change creates a wallet-ledger entry and customer notification.
Shopify Credit Payment Reviews
These purchases were paid in Shopify but were blocked from automatic crediting because the account, currency, product price, or discount math did not pass validation. Use Approve & Credit here so the wallet credit stays linked to the Shopify order for future refunds or chargebacks. Do not use the generic wallet adjustment for a legitimate purchase review.

Shopify Credit Integrity Alerts
This should normally stay empty. An alert means a Shopify wallet credit exists without its matching order-line record, which could make future refunds or chargebacks unsafe until investigated.

Pending Shopify Refund Reconciliation
These refund events arrived before their Live Readers credit line was ready, or are still retrying reconciliation. They normally disappear automatically. Repeated failures also generate an admin notification.

Shopify Credit Refund Reviews
